When guests return to their rooms for the second night of their stay, they d
iscover the beds turned down and sweet treats left on the nightstand. The Greystone Lodge is the only Gatlinburg hotel in which you’ll find turndown service, adding that extra-special, personal touch for our guests to show them our appreciation.
