Where are you located?
The Greystone Lodge is located at traffic light #5 downtown Gatlinburg, next door to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. Our physical address is 559 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.

Do you have microwaves and refrigerators in your guest rooms?
All guest rooms have a refrigerator. All suites have both a microwave and a refrigerator.

Do you have an exercise/fitness room?
Our exercise room is located on the first floor of our five -story building. It features two treadmills, one stationary bike, one elliptical machine and a weight machine. The fitness room is newly renovated with commercial grade equipment. Our fitness room is open 24 hours for guests 18 years and older and is accessible with your room key.

Do you have Internet access for guests?
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi in sleeping rooms and lobby.

Do you have an elevator?
Yes, we have an elevator in our five–story building.  We have two-story  buildings with ramps that are handicap accessible.

Is your hotel handicap accessible?
The Greystone Lodge is fully compliant with all current ADA regulations. We have eight designated handicap-accessible guest rooms, two of which are equipped with roll-in showers. We also have some handicap-accessible suites.

Do you require a deposit or minimum stay?
On high demand dates, we do require a 2 night stay and or a 1st night deposit.

What time is Check-in and Checkout?
Check-in is at 4pm and Checkout is at 11am.

Do you accept pets?
The Greystone Lodge does not allow pets. However, we do permit Service Animals which are individually trained to do work and perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA guidelines. Service Animals must remain with guest at all times.

Do you have smoking rooms?
We are a smoke free hotel and do not allow smoking in any of our guests rooms, balconies or public spaces. There are designated smoking areas away from our buildings. Guests violating this policy will be charged a cleaning fee.

Do you offer group rates?
Yes, we offer group rates for 10 or more reserved rooms. Please click here to inquire about our group rates or call our group sales office at 800-451-9202 to discuss your dates and group needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation should be made 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation inside the 48 hours is subject to a charge for the first nights rate plus tax.

What hours is the pool open?
Our large, heated pool with slide (outside) is open April 15 – October 15. Hours are 9 AM – 11 PM. Towels are available at the pool.

Do all rooms have balconies?
Most  rooms have balconies. However, not all are on the water and some have  ground floor patios.

Do you have a shuttle? Does the trolley stop at your hotel?
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service, but all trolley’s stop at our front door.

What is your breakfast menu and hours?
Our Complimentary Deluxe Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am daily and is located in the lobby.
The menu includes scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hot oatmeal, toast, doughnut holes, bagels, fruit, yogurt, granola, plus three kinds of cold cereals, juice, coffee, tea and milk. Breakfast items are subject to change.

Do you have a business center?
Our business center is available 24/7 and is located in the lobby.

Do you have complimentary coffee?
Complimentary coffee is available 24/7 and is located in the business center.

Do you sell area attractions tickets?
Ripley’s Aquarium tickets are sold at the front desk. All other area attraction tickets can be purchased on-line and printed in the business center.

Forget your toothbrush or razor?
We have various sundries available for purchase at the Greystone Lodge Pantry in the lobby.

Do you have government rates?
We do offer government rates to government employees traveling for business with proper identification.

Do you offer senior discounts?
We gladly offer a 10% discount for members of AARP. Show membership card at check-in to receive the senior discount on your room. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other specials or promotions.

Do you offer a military discount?
We gladly offer a 15% discount for military service members, both active and retired. We appreciate your sacrifice for our freedom. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other specials or promotions.

Do you run specials?
We offer specials periodically through the year. We send those to guests that have their emails on file as members of our Loyal Lodger Program. We periodically offer specials on our website. You find these on these on the specials tab.

How old do you have to be to rent a room?
You must be at least 18 years old, with valid identification and a credit card.
