"This is mine and my husbands second stay here at Greystone Lodge in the last 3 months. I cant say enough good things about the Lodge. The Lodge is nicely decorated and the Lodge and rooms are clean and especially do not smell old or smell like smoke. The grounds are maintained very well. The Lodge is centrally located in the central part of Gatlinburg walking distances to all the great attractions of Gatlinburg. This is our go to Lodge in Gatlinburg and we highly recommend this .Great place for a get a way and or a vacation." 248ctaylor

"The hotel sits at light #5 on the parkway back far enough to enjoy some quiet time but close enough to walk downtown shopping etc. The aquarium is next door along with the main trolley hub. The rooms have been recently remodeled and are very clean. Free breakfast is nothing outstanding but has a decent variety, is tasty and FREE?! This is our go to place everytime we go to the Smokies." colleyfam

"This was our first time staying here and we loved it.This is a great place to stay. The hotel is clean and updated. It is close to the strip. We walked to everything. The breakfast was good also had a good selection compared to what other hotels have. We take a trip to Gatlinburg every year and always stay at the same hotel. We decided to try somewhere new and I'm glad we did. This is where we will stay from now on." Noah S

"Very nice stay!!! Our room was very clean and a great view over the river. We overlooked the construction because it has to be done!!! Close to the trolley and walking distance to town. The attendants were so very nice. a wonderful breakfast! I would recommend this Lodging to all my family and friends!!! Will stay again!!!" odelld11

"I was surprised at how little has changed in this beautiful community since the tragic November wildfires. All the great places I've visited throughout the years are back up and running including this hotel which continues offer clean, comfortable updated rooms at an affordable price. It was good to visit this week and see what I love about Gatlinburg, Tennessee that hasn't changed at all." brucearector

"We have stayed here several times and enjoy the location, cleanliness, the varieties of accommodations. The latest stay, we came to see the damage done by the fires in the area. Our room overlooked one of the roads leading to the top of nearby mountain (hill) and we enjoyed watching the service trucks and cars coming and going. The staff were very helpful." JRSCHNEE

"For his 14th birthday on Jan. 14th, my nephew wanted to stay in a hotel in Gatlinburg. He and his brother wanted to be near the arcade and all the other action in the middle of town. So we (his mother, brother and I) booked a room at the Greystone Lodge and we are so glad we did! The balcony over the creek was delightful, and we all enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning! The boys had a great time, and the "birthday boy" is still talking about the wonderful birthday he had. His younger brother wants to celebrate HIS birthday there (in the same room!), so we plan to do the same for him this March when he turns 13. I hope we can get the same room!" Janet S

"Great location in Gatlinburg. Across the street from Ripley's Aquarium and trolley stop, 2 miles from the Smokey Mtn National Park overall great location. Didn't use the pool or balcony due to the temp but nice amenity to have during warmer weather. I would definitely stay here again." trm2071

"We stayed here January 7-10,2016. We had the king room 117. First time we stayed here since there remodel. We have stayed here before. The room and bathroom was spotless. NO and I repeat NO Bugs of any sort. The mattress and pillows were great. Bed little firm but not too firm. You can set the tempature in the room very easy. One setting it can blow constant or you can set it to just blow when it kicks on. We would stay here again for sure. It's a short walk to the Pancake Pantry also which we love to go. Try the strawberry delight pancakes if you go. Wonderful. Greystone thanks for a wonderful stay." NariK

"Lovely hotel, just stumbled on to it. We paid 80. Plus tax. Room very spacious and had balcony overlooking small river filled with ducks. Ask for your military discount. Room very clean, beds comfortable. Guest coin laundry near ice machine. Management helped us with our uhaul truck parking on site no extra charge. Room nicely decorated. Enjoyed the historical pictures in the room. I will be back soon." irispea

"Our little family really enjoyed our stay. The renovations are very nice. Breakfast is great. Location is great. Room is clean. Beautiful scenery overlooking the river. Well worth the money. The only thing that could use a change is the air blowing on the bed closest to it. Lovely just lovely. We'll be back." Cindy G

"My husband and I just took a weekend vacation to Gatlinburg, which we do often. This was our first time trying Greystone Lodge and we loved it. Although it was grey and cloudy and drizzly and rainy, we totally enjoyed our trip. The river's calming sounds was so relaxing that we slept with our patio door open all night. The remodeling looks great as well.........We loved it and we will be back" ahutchins

"We waited to arrive in Gatlinburg before making reservations anywhere because the reviews for all of the Gatlinburg hotels were so inconsistent. We finally decided to stay at Greystone after driving around and checking out the town. We were not disappointed. The rooms have been recently renovated and are beautiful. I loved that we had 1 1/2 bathrooms in our family suite. They were both large and very nice. The family suite had plenty of space and was comfortable. I loved that there was a balcony off of my bedroom and off the living room. Both were large and over the river. The staff members were very nice and happy to answer any questions that I had about the town. The location was great." Suzette1421

"We initially booked another hotel in the Gatlinburg area but a few weeks before our trip, we heard that Greystone had just completed a huge renovation to their property so we thought we would check it out. I called and booked a room and got a great rate. We arrived a few hours before check in time and was still able to check in, big plus!! We were on the 4th floor and had a great covered parking area that was very close to our room. The room itself was very clean and updated. The beds were very comfy. We loved the balcony that overlooked the river. The location of Greystone is perfect, within walking distance of area attractions and the trolley stop. The pool was a little small but my daughter loved it just the same. The free breakfast was good but could have had a better meat selection like bacon or sausage (they did have gravy with sausage in it). Overall this was a very nice hotel and we will definitely be staying her in the future!! Highly recommend!!" Talia S

"Out of the 167,000 times that I have been to Gatlinburg this was a first for the Greystone Lodge. This hotel is great. Hands down. You can tell that the building has been there for quite a while but the newly renovated interior and amenities quickly make one forget about the older exterior. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bathrooms were big as well. Our room had a balcony over the river which was nice and relaxing. I am pretty sure I had the best two nights of sleep I have ever had on their beds as well. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was continental but was not cold and nasty like most. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Will be returning to this property for future stays." Colby B

"Loved the place fresh new look, free breakfast buffet. Short walking distance from downtown. Would highly recommend. Pool area was nice, right across the street from the aquarium and trolley stop. River was a bit low when we were there, but looks to be a nice view when its up. Winter would be beautiful here." Sarnremtp

"I cannot say enough about the Greystone. Great location to everything in Gatlinburg. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Great balconies. Great pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Delicious free hot breakfast every morning. Beds were great (slept better than at home!). We had a great experience and are already planning next years vacation." ThePAWildBunch

"This room was a little more money than I would normally spend, but it was totally worth it. The room was huge, new, and clean. Convenient location." Rachel T

"We had a horrible cabin and hotel experience for the start of our vacation until we found the GREYSTONE. This place made up for the bad start at another near by hotel and cabin. We will be sure to come back to this place when we visit again! Don't look anywhere else. Book this place! Shout out to Connie and Brandi for their wonderful front desk hospitality!" Robbie E

"Freshly remodeled, all new furniture and new beds. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. A short walk to Main Street and all the shops. Free breakfast, nice outdoor pool, new exercise room. Parking garage to keep you dry if it rains. Love it, will be back many more times!!!" Fire15

"The room, King Excutive Deluxe. We parked in the parking garage, walked to the door in the garage, scanned our key and we were in the hallway to our room. The room was large with a seating area and a balcony overlooking the creek with small visting ducks. Clean and fresh with a huge bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. We were a walk away from No Way Jose which has the best food and a walk away from the aquarium. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time running away." EnjoyedSD12

"This was my third time staying there and highly recommend! The staff has always been great! This last time I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice! My wife and I are going back the first of August." schwarm

"We live within an easy 2 hour drive of Gatlinburg, so I've been there often over the last 40 years. I had never stayed at Greystone Lodge before because when I was young, we couldn't afford it, and as I started making my own money we gravitated more to Pigeon Forge hotels. When I had the opportunity to stay here, I took it but I honestly expected it to be dated, even run down. It was NOT. It was BEAUTIFUL. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was very quiet and out of the way. We were near our favorite shops and restaurants but looking out the back, we were over the creek and saw only trees and mountains. I have never parked so close to my hotel room in Sevierville before. I have also never had such a good internet connection at ANY hotel I've stayed at. The beds were very tall (I'm short any way), but they were so so comfortable and there were a lot of pillows and I just dearly loved my bed. I could actually sleep every night I was there, and comfortably. The layout of the bathroom was perfect. There were places to put all my stuff, including my PJ's and my jeans so they were right there when I got out of the shower and I didn't have to go out of the bathroom to dress or apply my make-up or fix my hair. The shower head was one of those rain-like shower heads. Loved it! The deck was nicely placed over the water and we watched baby ducks in the evening and watched the full moon rise over the ridge-line. The whole stay was an enjoyable experience. I just can't say enough good things about Greystone Lodge, however. I looked forward to returning to the hotel everytime we went out again!" Mary Jo J

"LOVE your Lodge & your cottages! In Feb., my husband & I had reservations to stay in a cabin, but could NOT get up it's driveway due to ice. It was fairly late at night, & we were pretty desperate to find a place to crash. We pulled into Greystone, after seeing on your sign that you had cottages. Although you didn't have a cottage available that night, you did have a vacancy in the Lodge. We stayed there our first night, then moved to the most charming cottage for the next 2 nights. We were TICKLED to death with BOTH places. They were both beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, AND even costs us less than the 3 nights for the cabin! At the lodge, the staff was so friendly & hospitable & the breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely recommend
your properties to everyone!" T. Grimes

"This is a great find right on the strip. It is literally across the street from the aquarium. The rooms are completely renovated. The double room beds seem to be queen size with comfortable pillows and mattresses. It's a very spacious room with a nice little balcony overlooking the water. Breakfast includes biscuits and gravy, donuts and oatmeal. My only complaint is that the TV was a little small for March Madness. Would definitely stay here again." Laura K, March 2015

"The hotel is located on the main strip, it has wonderful landscaping, and the rooms are a bit small but have been recently updated. The breakfast is awesome saves a lot of money for a family of four. I would recommend this hotel for a short visit."

"We were celebrating our anniversary when we got an ICE STORM up in the mountains where our rental cabin was (off Ski Mtn Rd). We got off the mtn with our TOYOTA RAV AWD, had to cancel one night in the cabin. Stayed in Gatlinburg at the Greystone Lodge. They ate remodeling all the rooms and they are a contemporary look. Our room was a King with wet bar and refrigerator. Breakfast was really good also. I would stay here again. Next ti the Aquarium and good spot to walk to all the shops!" Jackie M, February 2015

"This was a wonderful place to stay!! The room was exceptionally clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Indoor parking for C building, which leads straight to your room is definitely a MAJOR convenience! Will stay here again!!!" krockstarr, February 2015

"We was in Gatlinburg for the holiday after Christmas ! Had reserved a hotel online that was not good! So we was driving around looking around for another we came upon Greystone which was able to accomdate us right away and what a blessing that was to us! Room was great king size Bed and very roomy just perfect! Could walk to downtown Gatlinburg and surrounding places and the trolley station was right next door to hotel! Did not partake in breakfast but lots of people there Every morning so must be good! Just love the location of this property and will return here again for the next visit!" Deb8364, December 2014

"Visited Greystone Lodge again this year to attend the Gatlinburg Christmas Parade. We had a very nice stay. There was a slight problem at check-in that was resolved very quickly. The staff at front desk was great. Check in was quick. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable.." sdonnac40601, December 2014

"We have stayed at the Greystone Lodge for several years. We love the place. Everyone is very friendly, the rooms are amazing (esp the new ones), the breakfast is the best. It is so close to downtown! We have never had a bad experience here. I can't imagine staying anywhere else." Robert, November 2014

"My partner and I visited Gatlinburg for the weekend and decided to stay at the Greystone Lodge. First of all, the location is fantastic! We only drove when we actually went into the Park; otherwise, we walked everywhere...dinner, shopping, sightseeing, all within a short walk. The property itself is nicely maintained, and our room was clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. We had a ground-floor room by the river, and I was so awed that I took photos of the view. The staff were courteous, warm, and made us feel more like we were being welcomed into their home than checking into a hotel. And finally, we were impressed by the breakfast offerings. There was a reasonably varied selection, and the dining area is large enough to accommodate a rather large crowd. We plan to visit Greystone Lodge again on our next visit to Gatlinburg." Daniel, November 2014

"We went to Gatlinburg on a get-a-way and found this lodge. We first walked around several establishments but settled on the Greystone Lodge. We had a perfect room on the river The parking was indoors which was a definite plus. We were able to do a lot of walking to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay there again. And oh, fresh pot of oatmeal every morning!!!"
William, October 2014

"Stayed here last week with my husband and our children. We stayed in the newly renovated 2 bedroom suite. The suite was very roomy with bunk beds for the kids and the best bed I have EVER slept on! Nice sized living area as well not to mention that it's centrally located in Gatlinburg so it's very convenient to everything! LOVE this place and I'm already planning our next trip here! I highly recommend this hotel and I will not stay anywhere else.." Chevycess

"My daughter and grandchildren and I all love this place. We needed to be centrally located and this was a perfect choice. The back balcony felt like you were still away from down town. Beautiful." M. A. McIntyre

"We stayed recently and were beyond impressed with the look and comfort of the new streamside queen room. We have stayed at Greystone before and were pleased to see the rooms are just as spacious after the renovation. The modern look far exceeded our expectations and the comfortable new beds were perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful and we enjoyed breakfast as well. Looking forward to our next visit!" J. Ruff

"Quite possibly the best place too stay in Gatlinburg! Rooms are nice, clean and affordable. Easy access to the strip and parking is always right next to your room (literally). They've got a nice pool. Service is great. Oh yeah, the river! Got to love the river that runs right outside your balcony!" M. Gray

"First time at this hotel. The location cannot be beat! Short walk to the Parkway in Gatlinburg for shopping, eating and people watching. The rooms have been updated recently and are nice. We enjoyed the balcony over looking the stream....especially with all of the rain....the water levels really changed. My husband could have spent hours watching the ducks." Christine D.

"We loved the location! It is right across from the aquarium and right at a Trolley stop. It is steps away from the Main Street of shops in
downtown Gatlinburg. The room was very clean. We will definitely stay there again." Janet P

"This is my favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg. Its beautiful, close to the Aquarium, the trolley stop and alot of quaint shops. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the river view is spectacular and the breakfast is very good. I have stayed at other hotels in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but by far this is my favorite place." Gmommy0711

"Great location price and recently remodeled ,the breakfast with biscuit and gravy is a plus this property is right at the trolley stop which you can use to navigate this entire area. the best rooms are on the river side ,very cool and peaceful." Eddie R

"The newly renovated room was great, a nice bathroom, a good sleeping bed and roomy. The service was great and we enjoyed being there. Ask for a room on the river. It seems like you aren't in a bustling tourist town when you go out on the balcony and sit down and listen to the river roar. a good place to sit and read and relax. The hotel staff was very helpful and when the TV station we were watching went out, they had someone within 5 min. to come and check on it." Linda B.
